Digital Delivery & Refund Policy
We want the purchase and delivery rules to be clear before you pay.

Immediate delivery
At checkout you expressly request immediate digital delivery. Access begins when the download page is made available after successful payment.
Cancellation rights
Where applicable law permits, your statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply of digital content begins after your prior express consent and acknowledgement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
When we provide a remedy
Contact us if a file is missing, corrupt, materially different from its description, duplicated in error or inaccessible because of a verified delivery fault. We will provide a replacement, correction or refund as required by applicable law.
Change of mind
Because access to downloadable content begins immediately, we normally do not provide change-of-mind refunds after delivery has begun, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
